Understanding OSHA's New COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard

Workers wearing hard hats and masks to protect against COVID-19 sit and listen to another worker speaking

On November 4 the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released the new Emergency Temporary Standard. What impacts will this new standard have on workers across industries and across the country? How will OSHA enforce this standard to protect the health and safety of workers? At this online event Kalmanovitz Initiative Practitioner Fellow Debbie Berkowitz will speak and answer questions on the new Emergency Temporary Standard and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on worker safety.

This event is co-sponsored by the Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor, Global Health Initiative, and School of Nursing & Health Studies.
