Katie Gottschalk is the executive director of the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Katie’s work focuses on the intersection of health and regulatory frameworks; from regulating emerging technologies to global frameworks for surrogacy and comparative analysis of vaccine legislation and regulation, Katie’s work investigates how to create enabling environments for improving health across populations.
