Caroline Crone (C’23) is an undergraduate in the College from Litchfield County, Connecticut, majoring in biology of global health with a minor in science, technology, and international affairs.  Her previous research experience includes work in population genetics and evolution as well as cancer cell biology.  After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in biomedical research or science policy before applying to medical school.  While working with Dr. James Giordano as a fall 2021 GHI student fellow, she worked on a project about how international discussion of bioethics can protect scientific progress and promote sustainable health care practices worldwide.
