Global Health Institute

Claudia Taccheri is an undergraduate student from South Bend, Indiana (class of 2019), majoring in biology of global health and minoring in justice and peace studies, and a student fellow with the Global Health Initiative. She is currently researching the intestinal parasite Giardia lamblia with Dr. Heidi Elmendorf; Taccheri hopes to become a physician and work with vulnerable populations.
