Cristina Toro
Undergraduate Student in the Walsh School of Foreign Service
Cristina Toro (SFS'27) is an undergraduate student in the Walsh School of Foreign Service studying science, technology, and international affairs and economics. She grew up in New York City, but her family is from Puerto Rico. On campus, she is a barista at Uncommon Grounds and a project manager for DCivitas Consultants. Her research interests are in the intersection of emerging technology, health, and international economic markets. As a 2024-2025 Global Health Institute Student Fellow she is excited to work with Professor Sandeep Dahiya on understanding the success rate of biotech start-ups.
