Elliott Crooke

School of Medicine

Elliott Crooke is professor and chair of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology and the senior associate dean of faculty and academic affairs at the Medical Center. His research projects focus on determining molecular mechanisms that cells employ to assure that their genome is faithfully replicated and on understanding the physiological role that cellular polyphosphates play in how cells respond to environmental stresses.
