Kayleigh Coppinger

Kayleigh Coppinger (C’23, G’24) is a graduate student in the master of science in global health program at Georgetown University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. She earned her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University in 2023, majoring in biology of global health with minors in Spanish and justice and peace studies. While at Georgetown, Kayleigh has researched biosecurity and health policy development and implementation. When she graduates, Kayleigh is interested in pursuing work centered around creating equitable, comprehensive, and community-centered solutions to global health emergencies. As a fall 2023 GHI student fellow, Kayleigh worked with Sharon Abramowitz on the Center for Global Health Science and Security's interdisciplinary "How to End a Pandemic" initiative to help develop policy suggestions to improve health responses.
