Mohammed Bashir (SFS'23) is an undergraduate student at Georgetown University in Qatar pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree in international economics. Mohammed has extensive experience in academic and research-related projects. He has been the resident academic affairs assistant at GU-Qatar for three years, assisting professors in all their research matters. As a fall 2022 GHI student fellow on Georgetown's Main Campus during his semester abroad, Mohammed worked with Dr. Rosemary Sokas to find ways to provide information about environmental sustainability in marginalized communities in Liberia.
