Saara Bidiwala
Undergraduate Student in the College of Arts & Sciences
Saara Bidiwala (C’26) is an undergraduate student at Georgetown University’s College of Arts & Sciences studying computer science on the pre-medical track. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She is active in the Muslim community on campus and serves as the director of interfaith and interfaith relations for the Muslim Students Association. She currently serves on the Georgetown University Women Coders board and is passionate about advocating for minorities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Her research interests center around the intersection of cultural competence in global health, clinical medicine, and artificial intelligence. As a spring 2024 GHI student fellow, Saara worked with Katherine Robsky to review the applications of artificial intelligence in public health.
